About The Position

The Global Partnership Executive will lead the strategy, development, and monetization of capSpire’s executive-level global alliances. This individual will focus on driving revenue through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities, positioning capSpire as the preferred ETRM services delivery partner for major consulting and technology firms worldwide. This is a commission-based, quota-carrying role designed for a senior commercial leader who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and has a proven record of delivering measurable revenue results through alliances.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, software services, or alliance management, ideally in ETRM/CTRM, energy, or commodities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing Tier-1 global partnerships and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of partner-driven sales motions, joint pursuit processes, and co-sell models.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (25–40%).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners globally and regionally.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans focused on ETRM/CTRM services.
  • Lead quarterly and annual partner reviews to align on targets, pursuits, and co-sell strategies.
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate new alliance opportunities that expand global reach and influence.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth across all regions.
  • Collaborate with capSpire sales and delivery leaders to pursue joint bids and RFPs (e.g., Shell, BP, Petronas, Nextera).
  • Develop and launch joint go-to-market programs including campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and executive client engagements.
  • Ensure capSpire is recognized as the go-to ETRM delivery partner within each alliance ecosystem.
  • Meet or exceed defined revenue and margin quotas tied to partner-related business.
  • Oversee partner enablement and engagement coordination with sales, marketing, and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and account expansion.
  • Act as an executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for partner leadership teams.
  • Represent capSpire at global partner and industry events.
  • Promote thought leadership through joint whitepapers, panels, and webinars.
  • Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market dynamics, competitive activity, and partner strategies.
