The Global Operations Director plays a crucial role in collaborating with senior Portfolio Administration (PA) leaders to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans, leveraging the platform to bring the best of Cushman & Wakefield to accounts. The PA Global Ops Director ensures operational excellence by making sure all systems, processes, and tools support Portfolio Administration operations, identifying process improvements. The director drives innovation and best practices, supports new system implementations. Utilizing data analytics, they measure performance and identify trouble spots, while also overseeing training and development to ensure team members are well-positioned for success in their roles. They lead key initiatives, manage change and special projects, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and oversee process management and third-party subcontractor operations to maintain service excellence.
