About The Position

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Operations analyst intern for 6 months from March to August 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8). Your key missions: In this role, you will support the team in delivering strategic insights and operational analysis across key functions including procurement, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. Working closely with the Global Operations Analyst and reporting to the Head of Global Operations Analytics, you will contribute to high-impact projects that require both analytical rigor and strong stakeholder engagement. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to global operations and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic international environment. Procurement data management Coordinate and manage procurement data collection across 40+ affiliates, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with key stakeholders at affiliates and HQ level (Finance, Procurement, IT, etc.) to validate and improve data quality. Analyze procurement spends by affiliate, supplier, and product category. Maintain and enhance dashboards and KPIs using Power BI. Operations efficiencies tracking Support global tracking of operational efficiencies through performance analysis and reporting. Data analysis & reporting Conduct ad hoc analyses on procurement, logistics, and manufacturing topics based on business needs. Create clear, data-driven reports and visualizations to support decision-making. If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply! Requirements

  • Data-driven, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI is a plus.
  • Organized, pay attention to details, proactive.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team-worker.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
