The Global Onboarding Manager (Auth0) at Okta is responsible for transforming the onboarding process into a growth engine for the company's field teams. This role involves designing and delivering scalable onboarding experiences, leading in-person onboarding events, and developing a new onboarding certification for Account Executives. The manager will leverage deep product knowledge in Auth0/CIC solutions to enhance curriculum and ensure a cohesive onboarding experience across various roles and regions. This position is crucial for ensuring that new hires are equipped to secure customers effectively.

  • Build, coordinate, execute, and facilitate onboarding strategies tailored for Auth0/CIC solutions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact, in-person onboarding events at HQ in San Francisco.
  • Assist in the development of a new Onboarding Certification for Account Executives.
  • Leverage product knowledge to design curriculum enhancements for new hires.
  • Create a consistent onboarding experience across roles, regions, and business units.
  • Monitor and report onboarding effectiveness using scorecards and feedback loops.
  • Build and maintain relationships with field leaders to align onboarding with strategic objectives.
  • 5+ years of experience in new-hire sales onboarding, sales, or a related field, preferably in a global software company.
  • Deep understanding of complex technical products, particularly Okta's Customer Identity Cloud.
  • Experience creating and scaling onboarding or enablement programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating engaging and inspiring sessions, both virtually and in-person.
  • Skilled at building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented, constantly seeking ways to enhance onboarding effectiveness.
