The position involves providing Level 2 and 3 technical services for large global tasks. The candidate will be responsible for installing, integrating, upgrading, operating, administering, and monitoring LAN operating systems and servers within a Microsoft environment. A CISCO certification is preferred for this role. Additionally, the candidate will configure and implement applications and software on the LAN file server, optimize disk storage and backup, and maintain network management utilities and audit trails. Effective communication with Country Directors, ITA, and customers is essential. The role requires international and domestic travel of up to 2-3 weeks per month, and the candidate should be a proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
