About The Position
The Global Mobility Consultant manages the lifecycle administration of Danaher's US Domestic and Global Mobility programs, acting as the primary point of contact for transferring associates and global stakeholders, including HR, tax, finance, legal, and third-party vendors. In collaboration with the Mobility Director, the Consultant supports global projects aimed at enhancing program development, while staying informed on immigration, tax, and market changes through benchmarking and industry analysis. This position is part of the Corporate Total Rewards Team and is preferred to be located onsite in our Washington, DC office, though a remote work arrangement may be considered.
