About The Position

We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field for a 12-week internship role in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026. Position Description: Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of various high-impact projects within the oncology medical affairs team. Collaborate with Medical colleagues and other project managers to drive overall project success, delivery, and impact. Communicate and present project status and outcomes to key stakeholder groups.

Requirements

Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
Business strategy and operations experience or exposure
Pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare industry experience or interest
Creative and innovative problem solver, self-starter, can work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
Clear communication, time management, organizational skills, and adaptability.
Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days per week.

Nice To Haves

Power BI, dashboard experience, and adept at learning new computer systems quickly are a plus.
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
