About The Position

Step into the role of Global Markets Structuring & Distribution Lead at Barclays, where you'll join the Product Specialist Team with a focus on equity derivatives and Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) structuring and distribution. This hybrid role bridges Structuring and Sales, combining technical product development, strategic marketing, and client engagement. You will be instrumental in designing and distributing innovative equity derivative and QIS products, crafting compelling product narratives, and supporting the firm's product marketing platform to ensure consistent, high-impact client communication.

Requirements

• Experience with equity derivatives, QIS structuring, or systematic strategy development.
• Knowledge of equity derivative instruments and quantitative investment frameworks.
• Ability to develop product narratives, pitch materials, and lead client discussions that articulate the investment rationale and quantitative edge.
• Experience supporting product marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Development of innovative structured financial products and solutions to address the specific needs of clients, including derivatives, structured notes, and other structured investment products.
• Risk analysis and management associated with structured products, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Assessment of pricing and valuation of structured products, including the use of mathematical models and financial instruments, and liaising with trading to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaboration with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product implementation and risk mitigation.

Benefits
