About The Position

Purpose of the role To develop, launch, and manage the portfolio of financial products and services for the global markets, collaborating with a team of product managers, traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and bring new products to market, also playing a key role in gathering and analysis of market intelligence, identifying client needs, and developing competitive differentiators. In this role, you will sit within the Electronic Trading team and focus on building and enhancing algorithmic trading solutions for U.S. equities markets. You will refine custom algo offerings, conducting performance analysis, and delivering consultative support for high‑priority and sensitive clients. You will work closely with multiple IT teams to manage complex workflows while translating large data sets into clear insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Coding experience and comfort working with technical tools
  • Knowledge of electronic trading systems, including algorithmic trading workflows
  • Prior experience working with multiple IT teams
  • Series 7 and 63 or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with pre‑trade and post‑trade analytics and performance evaluation

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of product strategy for financial products and services offered within the Markets division.
  • Identification of market opportunities and customer needs to create new products or enhance existing ones.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including traders, sales, risk management, and technology, to define product requirements.
  • Market data analysis to make informed decisions regarding product positioning and pricing.
  • Management of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Monitoring of product performance, through analysing metrics and client feedback.
