Global Markets Corporate Banking: Global Markets Corporate Banking is an integral part of BMO Capital Markets’ Global Markets group and underwrites and recommends trading & loan credit facilities for a broad range of capital markets clients. The group is responsible for the portfolio management of BMO's risk exposure to a number of trading products and lending portfolios for Global Markets clients, and includes reviewing and analyzing the client’s financial performance, establishing and maintaining limits, obtaining credit approvals, and continual monitoring of the portfolio. The products covered by the group include (but are not limited to): Derivatives, Securities Financing, Cash Products, Metals Solutions & Commodities, Margin Lending, and Securitization Products (across various asset classes). The group is organized under 8 key portfolios: Fund Managers, Hedge Funds, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Securitization & Structured Margin Loans, Commodities, Single Products, Global Banks, and Mortgage Originators/Broker Dealers. Summer Program Overview: The CB Summer Analyst program is designed for candidates between their second and third year of a undergraduate school. Summer analysts will gain valuable experience and exposure to a wide number of industries during the 10-week program. In addition to this on-the-job experience, the program includes the opportunity to network across various business groups, learn about the culture of BMO Capital Markets, participate in training and learning seminars, and obtain career guidance from dedicated mentors.
