The Global Markets Change Management (GM CM) team is responsible for the business planning and delivery of complex, front-to-back change for Global Markets. We are a diverse, high-performing team that partners with Trading, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to implement sustainable solutions across the Global Markets organization. We manage global programs with multi-jurisdictional impacts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic business goals. The team also supports the strategic business planning process for Global Markets where careful preparation and planning are required to ensure the department and business priorities are aligned and funded appropriately for the continued success of the business. Team members act as thought leaders, business analysts, project managers, and change agents who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large, complex business initiatives and an understanding of Global Markets products/functions. The ability to partner and effectively communicate across the organization is an important factor in successfully delivering projects.
