About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Marketing Specialist to join our in-house Marketing team in a role focused on advancing Marketing campaigns for our international operations and elevate our brand presence across diverse markets. This is a hybrid role based at our Headquarters in Bethlehem, PA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate marketing experience
• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business Administration or similar or equivalent years of work experience
• Experience with Google Ads/Analytics and Marketing Email Automation Software (Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability in research, copywriting, and developing engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize campaigns continuously.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and project management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working for a Global company is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the Marketing department point of contact for our Global office managers to provide feedback and directions on what Marketing projects they would like to execute
• Participate in the creation of marketing collateral for various campaigns (emails, digital ads, print ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance of digital ad campaigns and collaborate with our partner agency to suggest improvements or changes
• Oversee contact databases and establish automated email campaigns
• Provide reporting on campaign performance and make recommendations to department leadership on areas of improvement or ways to continue successful campaigns
