Global Marketing Specialist
About The Position
Join a global team where your creative thinking can drive results! As our Global Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into impactful campaigns for assigned international locations. You’ll also organize and execute tradeshows in the US. This position is based out of our Hamilton location (just outside of Trenton). We’re looking for someone with at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the $72 - $75k range. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong account management and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software and tools.
Nice To Haves
- Additional language skills, e.g. French, Italian, German are a plus
Responsibilities
- Support all marketing activities in defined international KNF locations
- Collect and analyze the marketing needs and objectives of each location and execute global and local omni-channel marketing campaigns and activities in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Consolidate and prioritize the marketing requirements of each location and align them with the KNF Group’s overall marketing strategy and budget.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance and impact of the marketing activities for the locations and consult and guide stakeholders to optimize and improve global and local marketing strategies.
- Oversee US trade show participation including all show logistics, necessary pre- and post-show meetings, assets and inventories. In addition, coordinate trade show vendor activities to ensure smooth trade show execution and researching new potential shows as assigned.
- Ensure processes, communication, and quality management in all marketing areas are consistent with our KNF style guide.
- Collaborate and manage internal and external service providers.
- Lead and contribute to global marketing projects to establish new strategies, processes, or technologies.
- Communicate and maintain a strong relationship with KNF locations and ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
