About The Position

Lead global marketing and program management for the Engineered Elastomer Composites (E2C) business and participate directly in regular updates to the Executive sponsors of the business including the President of the Reinforcement Materials segment and company's CTO. Drive new business creation and make a meaningful impact on the Sustainability challenges facing the chemical, mining and transportation industries. Define and implement go-to-market strategy for the Engineered Elastomer Composites Solutions product line to maximize revenue growth and lead overall program management and project execution to ensure progress against the E2C business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering, or relevant technical field
• 4 years of experience in product marketing, strategic consulting, new business development, project management, or related experience.
• 4 years of experience in Industrial B2B markets such as chemicals, materials, automotive or transportation
• 4 years of experience identifying and analyzing what is important and recognizing depth of analysis needed and interpreting and synthesizing issues
• 4 years of experience communicating complex problems, illuminating solutions, and driving alignment on decisions
• 4 years of experience driving and enforcing discipline in Project Management, taking ownership and leading critical projects and/or implementing structures and processes to monitor and progress a portfolio of projects
• 4 years of experience seeking out and identifying opportunities to add value and effectively capture value
• 4 years of experience understanding products and customers' applications and participating in team discussions about how best to position products for commercial success.
• Requires 20% travel (10% Domestic/10% International).
• Up to 40% telecommuting/remote work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies to maximize E2C product line revenue growth, including understanding a dynamic market environment, investigating and prioritizing market opportunities, setting product development objectives, and designing and implementing marketing campaigns and sales tools.
• Develop and drive implementation of brand and marketing strategy for E2C product line. Critical tasks include developing objectives for market communications, creating messaging, defining required content and driving training and implementation of the communications strategy.
• Lead program management for E2C Scorecard priorities, collaborating with global team members to write objectives, develop effective Project Charters, implement robust progress tracking, communicate status to stakeholders, drive corrective actions, and coordinate actions across multiple projects where necessary.
• Maintain the E2C Stage Gate and New Market Development Project Pipelines and ensure projects follow the processes as needed to meet business objectives.
• Act as a Project Leader &/or coach to ensure high quality of Project Updates & Review materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global Cabot network which includes North & South America; Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and Asia Pacific.
• Effectively coaches and guides team members, ensuring effective alignment across an extended global team.
