The Global Marketing Manager, Education & Training, is responsible for education strategy, development of educational content and execution of our internal professional and external customer educational offerings. This role collaborates across the matrix to pull expertise together to develop best-in-class materials that propel the knowledge of others, deliver on customer experience and help the organization continue to upskill.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably within area of focus; Four year scientific, marketing or business degree preferred.
  • MBA optional.
  • 3+ years of experience in worldwide global marketing, training and education role.

Responsibilities

  • Owns all aspects of the global education program, creating a clear road map to educational resources for both internal associates and external customers.
  • Considers strategically the variety of needs for all audiences and can succinctly turn a plan into action.
  • Identifies ideal platform for educational resources internally and externally and works tirelessly to ensure they are maintained and optimized to ensure optimal learning across the organization.
  • Understands and translates the nuances of adult learning to ensure creativity in approach.
  • Earns trust and maintains engaging and inspiring relationships with the regional downstream marketing teams, their peers and their leaders.
  • Supports regional teams to deliver best-in-class education & training.
  • Develops customer education models that reinforce our premium offering, providing an innovative education series that can help customers onboard and improve their experience.
  • Reporting against important metrics and return on investment of these tactical activities back key partners.
  • Making recommendations for improvements proactively.
  • Assists the development of relevant marketing plans.
  • Develops/maintains a clear understanding of applicable disease spaces, customers and the patients the product serves.
  • Collaborates with Medical Affairs, R D, Clinical and Scientific Affairs, Business Development and other functions to ensure appropriate inputs & approvals for educational materials.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
