About The Position

As the Global Marketing GTM Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy and optimization of the Global Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) process. This includes delivering brand content and materials for customer sell-in across wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – Global Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Channels (VM Retail/Site, Social, Media, PR), and regional partners – to drive GTM execution and cross-category alignment. This role reports to the Global Marketing GTM Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in global brand and/or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to support or lead go-to-market strategies, ideally with exposure to international markets.
  • Experience in creating marketing content and collaborating on creative processes to ensure brand consistency across diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks and contribute to informed decision-making in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and regions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana (project management) and Widen (digital asset management), or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Global Marketing’s GTM strategy and content for customer sell-in (wholesale and DTC), contributing to brand and commercial success.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing productions, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact sell-in content.
  • Refine and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in global sell-in efforts.
  • Assist in building the seasonal marketing calendar, aligning brand and product storytelling with Global Product and Merchandising teams.
  • Develop scalable GTM strategies and partner with global channels and regions to build integrated marketing plans that drive demand and sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry best practices to inform strategic planning and execution.
