As the Global Marketing Director - Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Localized Drug Delivery (LDD) on the ENT Marketing team, you will set global marketing strategy for the LDD portfolio and create and execute marketing programs and strategic growth initiatives. This is a high visibility role which requires broad cross-functional knowledge, strong project management experience, and comprehensive business management skills. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and marketing partners in regions across the world and provide direction and leadership within the organization. It will be important for this leader to have global and new product development experience, the ability to drive innovative strategic initiatives, and drive world class downstream programs.
