About The Position

Join our People and Culture team as the Global Manager, Talent Acceleration (tX) and lead the charge in unlocking the potential of SharkNinja team members to deliver extraordinary results. As the Global tX Manager, you'll play a crucial role in embedding and amplifying this culture through data-driven, impactful talent management initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and career growth. This hybrid role is based in our Needham HQ, three days a week.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools, predictive analytics, and creating dashboards using data.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance management systems, assessment tools, and best practices in talent development.
  • Strong diagnostic and consultative skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and evaluate 360-degree feedback processes and other feedback mechanisms to sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize I-O psychology frameworks to enhance leadership feedback, performance conversations, and talent assessment methods.
  • Develop training materials that equip leaders and managers to deliver effective, trust-building feedback aligned with SharkNinja's performance standards.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide performance management processes, ensuring they are scalable, data-driven, and fit for the SharkNinja culture.
  • Apply psychometric principles to assess tools, rating scales, and metrics for reliability, validity, and impact.
  • Work with IT, Total Rewards, and HR teams to refine performance evaluation systems that support business growth and team member development.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and predictive analytics to assess program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Design career pathing frameworks that align individual career growth with organizational needs.
  • Analyze and leverage data to shape talent strategy and measure program impact.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing talent programs, including feedback systems and performance management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of scalable performance management systems and talent assessment tools.
  • Experience in career pathing, talent identification, and leadership readiness assessments.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with leadership and HR teams, aligning talent strategies with business goals.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver talent initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • A relentless drive to innovate, find new insights, and improve talent practices.
