The Global Maintenance Standards Lead is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and continuously improving maintenance standards, practices, and work processes across all CSL Behring sites. This role sets the global framework for maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, and spare parts and CMMS standards, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assets. The position partners with site and regional leaders to drive consistency, build capability, and embed maintenance excellence practices that support CSL’s patient-focused mission and Core Values. The role involves defining, maintaining, and governing global maintenance standards, developing global procedures, playbooks, and guidelines for core maintenance processes, and establishing minimum standards for preventive and predictive maintenance programs. It also includes conducting global maturity assessments, monitoring global maintenance KPIs, and translating insights into actions. The lead will provide global ownership for maintenance related systems, including CMMS and SAP PM configuration, master data standards, and maintenance object structure, and guide the deployment and enhancement of digital maintenance solutions. Collaboration with site engineering, maintenance, operations, quality, EHS, and OpEx teams is crucial to align on maintenance standards and expectations. The role also involves leading global networks, developing training content, facilitating workshops, and promoting sharing of best practices. Additionally, the position requires modeling CSL’s Core Values, championing safety, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Other responsibilities include providing maintenance standards input for capital projects, supporting audits, contributing to global initiatives, and attending global meetings.
