About The Position

As a Merchandise Flow Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by defining the playbook for preferred physical product flow paths from source to customer; ensuring these are represented within New Product Introduction flow plans. You will collaborate with Business Supply Chain/Portfolio and Planning, creating linkage into the New Product Introduction process. Additionally, you will map out any special customer requirements by division and provide coordination of recovery plans for material flow exceptions or deviations for cross-regional, cross-functional issues. You will define with IT the checklist of standard system flow requirements, create a playbook, and own transit time governance with Planning and Global Service Centers. You will also define processes for material flow exceptions or deviations and outline SOPs from the defined physical product flow playbook. You will oversee all tasks to ensure goods move and address deviations, following processes outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accordingly, you will collaborate closely with Business Supply Chain and Planning, and as needed, provide project management responsibility for cross-regional/functional/systems issues such as cyber-attacks or crises. You will track product flow accuracy and set up tools/reports as required.
