Collaborate globally: Work with local counsel, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams on land use, tax, utilities, regulatory compliance, and municipal requirements. Drive innovation: Create and implement process improvements and transformational approaches to how Kyndryl Legal supports RDC. Shape strategy: Support new transactions, existing agreements, dispute resolution, and strategic initiatives—all while staying ahead of legal and business trends. Be the SME: Act as the global subject matter expert for real estate law and contracting, providing insights that mitigate risk and enable growth.
