The Global L&OD Partner is responsible for further developing the organizational skills of our people and is responsible for best-in-class quality delivery of learning and organizational development programs and experiences across the enterprise. The Global LOD Partner works closely with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure the L&OD efforts optimize business results through personal and professional development, and career mobility throughout the employee life cycle.
