MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This position will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of MUFG’s global leadership and executive development programmes. This role will play a critical part in shaping the bank’s leadership capability by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create high-impact learning solutions that support MUFG’s growth, sustainability, and strategic priorities. This position will coordinate closely with regional TL&C leads and Talent Management partners to ensure a consistent and cohesive global approach to leadership development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth across all levels of leadership.
