The Global L&D Program Manager will join our global People Team and have an active role in building the Learning and Development COE by contributing to engaging, well-structured learning opportunities for employees throughout the organization. Our goal is to build a culture of continuous learning. While learning has always been a part of what we do, this is the first time that tms is building a centralized learning function. Several exciting new initiatives are in development including the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS), the build and launch of a training program for managers, and the roll out of our new branding and quarterly learning calendar. There are many other projects on the horizon such as executive coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and more. To establish a strong foundation for these initiatives we are searching for an L&D professional who is motivated by building from the ground up. This means having the ability to be strategic when needed, and at other times to do whatever tasks it takes to get the job done! The L&D program manager will be engaged in program planning and management for new learning initiatives, curation, sourcing and/ or development of training materials, facilitation and delivery as needed, and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the LMS. L&D also partners with our DEI manager to ensure that our emphasis on inclusion and belonging is represented in our learning initiatives, and that we support the work of tms DEI partners.
