About The Position

The Global Leader Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Journey is responsible for developing, implementing, and evolving the overall digital strategy of BEC LS. Key responsibilities include leading the digital marketing team, overseeing multi-channel campaigns including social media, search engine optimization and AI-powered searches, evolving our BEC LS website, collaborating with the LSIG and DHR website, commercial AI, and digital teams, and growing our eCommerce business through the BEC LS, LSIG, DHR, and external portals. This position reports to the VP Global Strategic Marketing and will be a fully remote role.

Requirements

  • MBA and/or Masters/Ph.D. in Life Sciences is preferred
  • 5-7 of experience in marketing, product management and/ or sales, in proven senior leadership roles
  • 3+ years of experience being a people leader
  • Experience in the Life Science and Diagnostics industry.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills with team members in North America and Europe
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing tools, CRM platforms, website, and analytics systems
  • Ability to travel – the position requires approx. 30% travel in North America and/ or Europe with overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with BEC LS leaders across sales, service, marketing, strategy & innovation, QRA, MSA, and product management to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional Digital Marketing team of managers and individual contributors.
  • Build strong partnerships with Growth Marketing, Regional Marketing, and global marketing teams in India, China, Japan, and TASK region.
  • Translate multi-year strategies and annual growth plans into actionable initiatives connecting sales, service, applications, and marketing.
  • Advance BEC LS communication, branding, and demand generation efforts.
  • Optimize user experience by aligning processes and business systems for accurate, accessible information.
  • Apply DBS Fundamentals and Commercial Growth Tools to improve quality, efficiency, and results.

  • The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
