About The Position

The Global Key User for SAP DIS will be a functional process lead and critical liaison between business needs, SAP and 3rd party TMS functionalities, leading and supporting DIS processes, systems, and training across the global organization. The Key User is responsible for supporting the end users, defining end user documentation, providing end user training, monitoring data accuracies, identifying process improvements, performing testing, and actively participating in implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college.
• Five years or more related experience and/or training in supply chain management/material and warehouse management roles.
• High level functional knowledge of SAP ERP DIS modules.
• High level functional knowledge of integrated and interfaced SAP ERP and TMS applications.
• Ability to lead and drive teams effectively.
• Ability to write documentation and implement standard work/processes.
• Ability to teach/train others.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience from concept to implementation.
• High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with various TMS systems, preferably E2open.
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Experience in SAP project environments.
• Written and spoken English required; additional language German preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice To Haves

• APICS or other SCM certification.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean operations.
• Oracle database and application base technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Field day to day business process issues and questions from end users.
• Gather information pertaining to issues, initiate troubleshooting and resolution, and escalate if required.
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPP) and document process flows.
• Train end users on dispatch/logistics and warehousing operations.
• Monitor data accuracies and guide end users to correct inaccuracies.
• Identify and communicate process improvements to SCM Management.
• Test issues, validate results, and participate in regression and integration testing.
• Participate in rollout projects and Key User teamwork initiatives.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to documented processes.
