  • Proactively develops business opportunities with existing and, especially, new key accounts.
  • Operates in a global network to support local Key Account Managers and to establish excellent contacts with the key accounts.
  • Coordinates the business of key accounts globally as interface between the key account and the FUCHS stakeholders.
  • Sets prices and negotiates terms and conditions.
  • Represents customer interests towards FUCHS and vice versa.
  • Develops alternative Service Concepts and Value Propositions for assigned Key Accounts.
  • Cooperates closely with Product Management to ensure that the customer is fully informed about the products and its technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years' working experience in a similar sales and key account management position.
  • Technical knowledge of medical device applications and pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience with lubricants/specialty chemicals is a plus.
  • Proven experience in initiating, managing, and closing sales processes.
  • Track record of securing new accounts and relating with new customers.
  • Proficiency in use of MS-Office applications and CRM (Salesforce desired).
