  • Act as a Lead function and process owner on a global level for Change Management process.
  • Maintain, adapt, and monitor a comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services.
  • Coordinate monitoring of all activities/tasks during the change process.
  • Plan and conduct Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and manage Emergency Change Advisory Boards (ECABs).
  • Monitor the implementation of changes and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and suggest improvements.
  • Advise IT internal and external stakeholders on the Change Management process.
  • Minimize the risk of changes and ensure a stable environment through stakeholder coordination.
  • Plan and conduct trainings and workshops regarding Change Management process.
  • Prepare learning materials and maintain documentation for the Change Management process.
  • Guide and support the operational team with operational tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • 5-8 years of extensive experience in IT service management, focusing on Change Management required.
  • Good operational knowledge of required technology (e.g., ServiceNow) required.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certificate required.
