The Global IT Manager, CRM & Data will play a key role in shaping how our key Global markets drive significant value from our IT investments, become more data-driven and build long-lasting relationships with our consumers across our iconic brands. Whilst the role predominantly focuses on the CRM & Data workstreams, we work closely across the wider MarTech platforms to ensure there is joined-up approach, so there will be wider opportunities to contribute to the overall Marketing Technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Digital Marketing trends focused around CRM, consumer data activations, and capable of optimizing processes through the use of technology and automation. The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders across multiple global markets is a must-have as well as being able to translate technical information for a business audience. We’re seeking a proactive and passionate IT Manager who can challenge the way we do things, and you’ll be joining us at a pivotal point in our tech evolution, with development opportunities for the role in parallel.
