About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global IT Hardware Asset Manager (Remote). In this role, you will oversee the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program while ensuring service effectiveness and strategic planning. You will manage the procurement and governance of IT hardware assets, working closely with global partners across numerous sites. This position aims to enhance operational efficiency through effective vendor management and performance monitoring, driving significant impact within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 7+ years of experience in IT management.
• 10 years of IT experience with a focus on Hardware Asset Management.
• Experience managing an operating budget of $2.9 million or more.
• Proven understanding of hardware life cycle management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business leads and data management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global Managed Print Services program and ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage procurement, tracking and governance of IT hardware assets within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with partners to assess print requirements across multiple countries.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with IT vendors.
• Monitor and control budget for Managed Print Services.
• Review performance data to identify improvement areas and report to management.
