We are looking for a Technology Leader who can translate business needs and functional digital strategy into a technology roadmap and decide “how” the technology roadmap is delivered. Delivering this, while owning the technology strategy and expertise development for this area of practice. In the Technical Area Lead role, you will oversee key decisions, including whether, short term benefits with long term technical debt, should be pursued over longer development lead time. Additionally, you will be integral in the decision of technical tooling and carry out the establishment, refining, and regular reviews of product health metrics with a particular focus on performance. From a people-management perspective, you will oversee technical personnel, including management of technology vendors. You will develop a close working relationship with the Business Lead(s) to ensure alignment of technical resources and business priorities. You will partner with, and continuously inform, key stakeholders about the state and direction of the Global Risk digital strategy adopted by Chapter Leads, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. You will mentor the people around you and drive collaboration and knowledge sharing to benefit both your program and the broader organization.
