Job Summary The Global Inventory Control (IC) Intern will support the Global IC team by developing and maintaining process documentation, managing the IC innovation portfolio, and updating the IC SharePoint portal to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible information. The role assists with data collection for e‑Kaizen and benefits‑capture activities, supports lightweight reporting tools such as task lists and document registers, and contributes to enhancing Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting formats to improve visibility and performance tracking across global operations.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • GPA Min: 3.0
  • Comfortable with SharePoint/Office 365 , Visio/Miro, PowerBI, (or equivalent) for process maps, and Excel/Lists for trackers.
  • Must be available to work full-time, on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida from May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global IC Manager , IC SMEs , and IC Development Manager to: draft, version, and publish process documentation (SOPs, WIs, flows) aligned to the IC baseline.
  • Maintain and curate the IC innovation portfolio
  • Perform SharePoint site/page updates for the IC portal: information architecture clean‑up, permissions checks, page templates, news posts, and content lifecycle (review/retire).
  • Support data collection for e‑Kaizen/benefits capture where applicable (chasing updates, consolidating site feedback), without approvals.
  • Assist with lightweight reporting dashboards or lists (e.g., tasks, action items, document registers).
  • Enhancement to power BI reporting and KPI reporting formats
