The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging technology to deliver innovative marketing solutions. You should have an understanding of marketing principles, technology ecosystems, and platforms, as well as proven communication and collaboration skills.   • Directly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results

  • Prioritize research that can be applied to Meta's product development

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, including B2B marketing, product marketing, strategic planning, communications planning, or business strategy roles in marketing organizations or advertising agencies
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, experience working with multiple Marketing Technology tools, data flows, and platform architectures, and proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and PowerPoint
  • Experience analyzing complex technical information, interpreting technical data and metrics, and using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Proven experience in communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating with executives across multiple functional areas and synthesizing complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful stories
  • Proven project management skills, experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience operating in matrixed teams and organizations
  • Understanding of specific industries such as fashion, consumer technology, wearables, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies, luxury brands, and digital advertising landscape
  • Industry experience in consumer tech and/or fashion verticals
  • Marketing consultancy/agency experience
  • Experience creating influencer strategies from inception to growth, driving brand engagement and growth
  • Experience leading agency partners/in-house creative to create inspired and innovative influencer programs
  • Experience delivering global, relevant, forward-thinking, consumer-centric initiatives
  • Experience in consumer hardware, software, or consumer electronics verticals
