About The Position
The Global Immigration Consultant position is a permanent remote role based in Italy, focusing on delivering comprehensive global immigration advice and processing for corporate clients across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global casework for assigned countries, primarily within the EMEA region. This includes initiating cases, assessing them, providing advice on applicable immigration rules and procedures, preparing and submitting cases, and monitoring their progress until completion. The role requires the ability to handle complex immigration cases and work closely with VIP clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met with a high level of service. In this role, the consultant will actively listen to client needs, anticipate their requirements, and offer proactive advice. Staying updated on industry events and circumstances that may impact clients is crucial. Regular communication with clients is essential to build strong relationships, focusing on their business needs. The consultant will also be responsible for organizing client service review meetings, complete with formal agendas and presentations, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in global corporate immigration, with confidence in liaising with clients at all levels. Excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount, along with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The consultant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Independent research capabilities and the ability to think and act autonomously while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality are also required. The role emphasizes the importance of building collaborative relationships with clients and ensuring timely collection of fees, while also adhering to the firm's risk management policies and operational procedures.
