Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Global HR Functions Apprentice, starting in September 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8). Joining the Global HR Functions Team (Tech, Marketing & Operations) you will be reporting to the Global HR Leader for Tech. The HR apprentice will work on various operational HR topics and be involved in global HR projects. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency within the functions. Your role will involve maintaining data quality in Workday, contributing to talent and performance presentations, and providing specific support within Tech, Operations, and Marketing areas. Through close collaboration with HR Leaders and stakeholders, you will help drive strategic talent initiatives and contribute to our organizational success.
