As part of Pernod Ricard's 'Taking Care of Each Other' journey, the Group Health & Safety Project Manager will play a central role in shifting the non-industrial safety performance in the Group. This is a mission of impact: to elevate our ambition beyond physical safety, embracing mental health and a people-first approach that makes safety everyone's business. This is a fixed-term contract starting ASAP and will finish in August 2026.

  • Deliver the Health & Safety roadmap by 2030 and expand our ambition: Vision 0.
  • Partner with HR to embed a holistic approach to H&S, ensuring alignment across non-industrial sites (offices, sales teams, brand homes etc.), with a dual focus on both physical safety and mental health.
  • Benchmark across industries, with a particular emphasis on non-industrial contexts, to identify and integrate leading-edge practices.
  • Drive health & safety performance improvement in non-industrial environments.
  • Strengthen H&S principles and processes, adapted to the realities of non-industrial work.
  • Track clear, meaningful KPIs and develop specific Operating Requirements for offices, sales, and other non-industrial functions.
  • Harness data and technology to bring transparency, insights, and acceleration in performance.
  • Influence leaders and embed a behaviour-based culture.
  • Engage, coach, and inspire leaders and teams in non-industrial settings to embrace a culture of care and shared accountability.
  • Act as a catalyst for the cultural evolution needed to become best-in-class.
  • Spread a culture of Health & Safety across the Group.
  • Animate and engage the H&S network of point of contacts to amplify the '#BetheOne' mindset.
  • Develop awareness and skills through training, sharing of best practices, and learning from each other.
  • Deep health & safety management culture and background with at least 7 years' experience.
  • Ability to build a plan, ensure follow-up and deliver results.
  • Ability to understand the business context and develop a strategic vision.
  • Ability to communicate from shopfloor to senior management.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is a must.
  • Strong leadership to influence and engage in a decentralized culture.
  • Good knowledge of non-industrial (sales person, administrative staff, etc.) activities and environments.
  • Ability to work in French highly suitable.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish would be valuable.
