As our Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll lead a high-performing, global team of compensation, equity, benefits, and total rewards specialists. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our end to end rewards strategy including Sales compensation, ensuring it's competitive, aligns with our business goals, and fosters a culture of engagement and high performance. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer. How You’ll Find Success You have a strong track record of leading and developing successful teams in a global environment.
