About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Global Head of Product to lead the strategic development, management, and global direction of our HVAC & OFA product lines. As Global Head of Product for HVAC/OFA, you'll lead the strategic direction of one of our critical product lines - driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success Globally. This is a high-profile role offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real difference in the global energy transition. Success in this role requires visionary leadership, strong product management expertise, market insight, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment. You'll need to balance competing priorities-cost, time, and engineering complexity-while ensuring maximum impact on Aggreko's commercial objectives.
