We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Leader to drive targeted growth for our Financial Services division. You'll own three core areas-Precision Demand Generation, Strategic Content, and Product Marketing-focused on a specific set of high-value named accounts across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

  • Oversee outreach to strategic named accounts in each region, designing hyper-targeted plays that hit 5-10 key personas in each account.
  • Mentor our demand-gen team out of broad-tactics plays with agile experiments and rigorous performance analysis.
  • Collaborate deeply with Sales and Regional Leads on account plans, coordinated outreach cadences, and clear metrics.
  • Lead content and PMM resources to develop persona-specific materials that directly address each buyer's needs.
  • Map content to each stage of the buying conversation and equip Sales with turnkey playbooks, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
  • Drive original research, whitepapers, and webinars that position us as the AI partner of choice in financial crime and compliance.
  • Work side-by-side with Sales to create account playbooks, competitive battlecards, and one-pagers.
  • Embed in deal cycles, lead training sessions, refine pitch frameworks, and gather seller feedback.
  • Own go-to-market planning for new product releases and coordinate readiness across Product, Services, and Enablement.
  • Lead continuous research into customer needs, market trends, and competitive movements.
  • Elevate our presence with key industry analysts, ensuring strong positioning in evaluations.
  • Architect enablement programs that drive field readiness across direct and partner channels.
  • 8+ years in B2B enterprise marketing with a blend of account-based demand programs, content strategy, and product marketing.
  • Proven success running highly targeted campaigns against named accounts and driving measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in a matrix environment-able to influence Sales, Product, Services, and Regional teams.
  • Expert in setting up rapid experiments, analyzing performance, and applying insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Exceptional storyteller and presenter-comfortable with C-level audiences and internal training sessions.
  • Self-starter, coach, and operator who can mentor teams, roll up sleeves, and drive both strategy and execution.
