About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Business Development to lead efforts in the digital health industry. This role is crucial for driving NVIDIA's growth and establishing leadership in the healthcare and life sciences sector, focusing on revenue growth and platform adoption within the global health technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales or business development experience in Biopharma technology.
  • 7+ years of team management experience.
  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) and/or MBA is desirable.
  • Deep understanding of applications and workflows involving data processing, machine learning, and generative AI.
  • Strong relationships with executives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Global client contact base and deep domain expertise in sales and buying practices.
  • Proven track record of sales execution overachievement.
  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies.

  • Experience in creating and presenting sophisticated marketing and technical content.
  • Concrete examples of influencing business practices and products to align with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and implement the growth strategy for the digital health ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with top leadership across the company to align and implement a multi-pronged go-to-market strategy.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop and package healthcare-specific solutions.
  • Develop successful partnerships with digital health platforms and organizations for mutual performance objectives.
  • Lead and support sales execution in partnership with regional sales teams.
  • Discover, develop, and nurture key customer relationships/Light House Accounts.
  • Engage, enable, and energize channel sales teams to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support sales critical issues, partner/channel dynamics, and related business issues.
  • Drive and track business performance over four quarters on assigned responsibilities.
