About The Position

The Global Head of Brand & Campaigns at Qualtrics is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of all global marketing initiatives. This includes managing brand and global campaigns, creative content, events, and digital marketing efforts. The position requires collaboration with the CMO and marketing executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives, while fostering a unified narrative in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving impactful marketing strategies in a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles.
  • At least 5 years in a global marketing leadership position overseeing brand, campaigns, content, events, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated global marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a unified strategy for brand growth across global campaigns, content, creative, events, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment of team objectives with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the development of brand assets and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence in existing and new markets, ensuring resonance with diverse audiences and driving brand loyalty.
  • Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of large-scale global marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
  • Develop measurable goals and KPIs for each campaign to ensure alignment with business objectives and track performance across regions.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of compelling, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure content strategies align with global brand objectives and regional market needs.
  • Lead global event strategy, ensuring alignment with the Qualtrics marketing story and high standards of customer experience.
  • Oversee the company's email marketing programs, driving engagement and lead nurturing across global markets.
