About The Position
The Global Head of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) at Alcon is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing and executing the HEOR strategy for the Global Ocular Health/Pharma franchise. This position plays a critical role in influencing market access and commercialization strategies by generating evidence to support the value of Alcon's pharmaceutical products. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the development of effective value propositions and research strategies that meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and payers.
