The Head of Global Device Digital & Data Science leads a diverse team of experts responsible for driving digital innovation, digitalization, advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and technical excellence across Sanofi's Global Device Unit. This role is accountable for establishing and implementing strategic direction in computational modeling, data science, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence to optimize critical design, testing, and manufacturing processes throughout the entire product development lifecycle. The position holder drives the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. They are responsible for building and maintaining high-performing teams that deliver value through digital twins, simulation, advanced data analytics, and AI-driven solutions that support Sanofi's ambition to lead the industry in device-mediated therapies.
