About The Position

The Global Hawk Shelter Field Service Representative (FSR) position at Raytheon involves maintaining integrated ground segment equipment during flight tests. Requirements

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.

• Experience performing complex troubleshooting and analysis to correct system discrepancies.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated ground segment equipment during flight tests.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on systems.
• Troubleshoot problems with industry standard IT systems and program-specific hardware/software.
• Install and troubleshoot experimental hardware/software, providing feedback to engineering.
• Work closely with customer representatives to provide status updates and integrate customer changes.
