About The Position

There are no limits to where you can take your career. Graduates will go through the GKN Aerospace Global Graduate Program. This is a rotational program for two years around the business; graduates are involved in and leading real-life Ops/Strategic projects, and gaining hands-on experience in their chosen discipline. Participants in the program will engage in a Global Development Program designed to develop their problem-solving, teamwork and leadership abilities, preparing them for future career progression within GKN Aerospace. As part of this program they will be part of a global community of graduates and other individuals identified as high potential, with opportunities to network across the breadth and depth of the organization.
