About The Position

Carnival Cruise Line is thrilled to announce openings for our 2026 Summer Internship Program—a unique opportunity to make waves in your professional life. This internship is your ticket to join us in our Miami, Florida headquarters with a hybrid work schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of cruising. Over 10 weeks, you'll actively contribute to impactful projects, challenge and enhance processes, and gain firsthand insights into our daily operations. You will receive mentorship and guidance from Carnival's seasoned professionals, paving the way for your professional growth, and build valuable connections and friendships with fellow interns and Carnival Cruise Line employees.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for guest experience, branding, and event execution.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in event planning or marketing.
• Familiarity with the cruise industry.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of branded casino events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site activation planning.
• Assisting with the design and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience touchpoints.
• Contributing to the development of evaluation tools and feedback surveys for shipboard casino team.
• Preparing recap reports and storytelling content for internal showcases and leadership updates.
