About The Position

As the Global Functions AI Solutions Lead you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency within PepsiCo's finance, legal, and R&D innovation functions. The role involves leveraging AI to optimize financial operations, ensure legal compliance, support innovative R&D efforts, and deliver strategic insights that bolster PepsiCo's global functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Law, or related field. Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in AI, data science, finance, legal, or R&D functions.
• Expertise in AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI tools, IoT platforms).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and AI projects.
• Familiarity with external technology vendors and consulting firms.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Experience defining KPIs and measuring AI solutions' success.
• Strategic implementation skills aligning AI strategies with CFO, General Counsel, and Head of R&D objectives.
• Innovative thinking to drive innovation through cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Cross-functional leadership ability to influence and collaborate across diverse organizational levels.
• Change management experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to articulate AI concepts and strategic benefits.
• Results-oriented approach to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate AI strategies to optimize financial operations, enhance legal compliance, and drive R&D innovation.
• Develop frameworks for integrating AI solutions across global functions to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of AI solutions to enhance efficiency in financial forecasting, automate legal compliance workflows, and support innovative R&D processes.
• Develop and deploy AI models for predictive analytics, financial optimizations, legal risk assessments, and R&D progression.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and R&D teams to understand and translate their needs into actionable AI solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and functional leaders, to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and add value.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the performance of AI solutions across finance, legal, and R&D functions.
• Continuously optimize AI models based on performance data, evolving business needs, and industry advancements.

Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
