This position will be responsible for short and long-term planning and financial analysis of global business operations. The role involves managing and overseeing the Company's consolidation and FP&A software, Planful, ensuring regular maintenance activities, data integrity checks, system updates, user access management, and back-up and recovery. The position also includes oversight and governance, system performance monitoring, process standardization, compliance, and security, as well as optimizing Planful usage to improve user experience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining documentation for users and auditors and serving as the direct contact and liaison between the Planful Support Team. The position consolidates and monitors the Company-wide Demand Plan, which includes maintenance and review of the Global S&D / Source and Distribution Volume in Planful, data collection and integration, and demand and supply volumes tracking and monitoring. Collaboration across departments for alignment with Sales & Operations and Production is essential, as is the preparation of necessary reports and dashboards for executive reporting. The individual will act as a business partner to Global FP&A teams, preparing FP&A financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for periodic distribution to senior leadership, highlighting financial performances and key metrics. The role also involves reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts, providing analysis and answers to audit inquiries from external auditors, and focusing on the timeliness and accuracy of reporting. The individual will develop other team members aimed at elevating performance and prepare financial results and analysis for the CFO on a periodic basis as requested by the supervisor, as well as assist with various ad-hoc finance projects.
