About The Position

In this role, you will support the GFM/NRRE Program Management Office (PMO) in determining specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design. You will also provide technical direction through a combination of the following activities: developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other contractors’ operations, and resolving technical controversies.

Requirements

  • United States Citizenship and Secret Level Personnel Clearance Required
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited institution, master’s degree desired.
  • Fifteen years of applied engineering experience in roles requiring the analysis or design and test of complex systems.
  • Must possess at least two of the following attributes: i. Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) ii. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) iii. Qualified Navy Validator Level I or higher (NQV I) iv. Qualification as a Navy Operational Test Director (OTD) or Test Pilot v. Demonstrated experience producing all Program Office documentation necessary to support technical services acquisitions of $100M or greater vi. Fifteen years’ experience leading software development teams vii. Fifteen years’ experience developing and executing military readiness reporting policies and procedures viii. Fifteen years’ experience developing and executing policies and procedures related to implementation of the Organizational Force Structure Concept and the Global Force Management-Data Initiative ix. Ten years’ experience directing the operations or maintenance of military readiness related software applications x. Ten years’ experience developing and presenting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) products for Programs of Record with budgets >$120M over the Future Years Defense Program xi. Five years of experience in command of operational forces xii. Two of more tours leading an Echelon I/ II operations center staff xiii. Two or more Echelon I/ II staff tours as a Flag Officer
