This exclusive two‑year apprenticeship is designed to develop the next generation of flavorists through hands‑on creation, deep scientific understanding, and exposure to real customer challenges across global markets. You will train alongside Master Flavorists, work with state‑of-the-art tools, and build the foundation for a long‑term international career in flavor creation.

Requirements

• A minimum of a two-year university degree in chemistry, food chemistry, food technology, food science, or broader chemical engineering and science degrees.
• Creative and Innovative with an above-average sense of taste and smell.
• Intuitive with an innate curiosity and genuine interest in Food and Beverages.
• Good technical understanding of chemistry and physical chemistry.
• Strong commitment, dedication, and resilience, contributing to effective teamwork and productive relationships in multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Master on-the-bench flavor creation and design in line with our Good Creative Practices.
• Master the Creation Palette (Flavoring and non Flavoring) including chemical structure, physico chemical parameters.
• Acquire a perfect Know-how of the main applications, processes and the main mechanisms of flavor matrix interactions.
• Develop a good understanding of Flavor Science (Flavor stability, Ingredient reactivity), natural chemicals and extracts production pathways and main analytical technics.
• Gain a robust understanding of manufacturing, analytical and quality capabilities paired with basic research and flavor and food science understanding.
• Develop hands-on experience through supervised creation projects, gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, key categories, clients, and the practical challenges involved across different applications.
• Adopt and use AI-guided creation tools and IT enablers.
• Successfully pass all the regular checkpoints including a final defense at the end of the 2 years of training.
